Senior Partner
Rumbidzai “LegalBae” Venge is a lawyer, journalist, and radio presenter, as well as a partner at Gumbo Venge Law Attorneys. She founded Mitemo, a platform simplifying complex legal issues, and is actively involved in public service through roles such as serving on the ZWLA board and as past President of the Rotary Club of Harare West. She has won several awards, including Best Female Journalist of the Year and Best Electronic Reporter of the Year (Radio). Beyond her career, Rumbidzai is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys music, yoga, motorbiking, reading, travel, and volunteering. She is also an author, podcast host, facilitator, and trainer.

Parleoh Rajah

Parleoh Rajah is the senior associate of the Firm. He is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public with close to a decade’s experience in the legal field. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at Midlands State University where he was an active participant in moot competitions. Prior to joining the firm, Parleoh worked as a Judge’s assistant for the Judicial Service Commission and the magisterial department as well. Apart from working for three reputable law firms, he took on the role of a legal advisor at a major fuel and commodities trading company that was based in four African countries, thus honing his corporate abilities and stretching his reach outside Zimbabwe. Parleoh is a member of the law society of Zimbabwe. He is a rounded legal practitioner with acute capabilities and expertise in Civil, criminal and commercial litigation. His corporate background and regional touring has made him have keen interest in not only the commercial field but also International trade laws.
